Why is this group only for women?
Women in leadership face unique systemic and cultural challenges, from being underrepresented at senior levels to navigating gendered expectations in how they lead. This mastermind creates a space where those realities don’t need explaining. Every conversation starts from shared understanding, allowing you to focus on growth, clarity, and connection.
I already have mentors. Why would I need a mastermind?
Mentors offer guidance. A mastermind offers collective intelligence. Here, you’ll gain insights from women who are in a similar stage of transition, each bringing their lived experience, strategies, and lessons. The result is richer than one-on-one advice: you’ll discover practical approaches that have already been tested in real workplaces.
What if I’m struggling more than I expected after stepping into this role?
You’re not alone. Leadership transitions are among the most stressful moments in a career. This circle is designed to help you navigate exactly that, to normalise the uncertainty, uncover what’s really going on beneath the surface, and move forward with calm confidence. You’ll find clarity, tools, and the reassurance of knowing others have been where you are.
Will the group understand my challenges?
Yes. Every participant is a woman who has stepped into a bigger role and is actively navigating her own leadership transition. The application process ensures each cohort brings a mix of perspectives, experiences, and industries, but all share the same commitment to growth, authenticity, and mutual support.
What’s the investment?
The investment for the six-month program is $1,997 AUD when paid in full. If you prefer monthly payments, the plan is $375 per month for six months (a 12.7% markup). Your investment includes: six 90-minute mastermind sessions, monthly open Q&A calls, and a private WhatsApp group for ongoing support and resources.
What’s the commitment required?
The mastermind thrives on consistency and presence. You’re expected to attend the monthly sessions live whenever possible and to actively engage with your circle. That said, we know life happens, and if you miss a session, you’ll receive the key notes and can reconnect during the next Q&A or in the WhatsApp group.
